We strive to be as perfect as possible when reconstructing these sets, but as we are humans, not robots, sometimes mistakes are made.

Missing Parts:

If this was a factory-sealed set made within the last several years, you can contact Lego.com customer service. They will attempt to find a replacement part or parts for you.

If this was a used set, that’s on us. We strive to achieve perfection but we are only human and sometimes make mistakes. Please contact us by email below and we will make every effort to make the set whole. Bear in mind we don’t include parts considered “extra” or parts not used in the build. Also, Bricklink set inventory is by no means perfect, especially when it comes to the transitional color years of 2003-2005.

Broken Parts:

There is a reason we sell many sets assembled… especially if we receive them assembled: sometimes during disassembly, parts will break. This is *particularly* true of Bionicle joints, and certain colors of Blue, Brown, Lime Green, and some translucent colors. Also, early cheese slopes found in the first modular buildings and early star wars sets tend to be brittle and will break.

We try to eliminate any and all broken parts, and advise caution when assembling vintage sets. Sometimes brand new parts from those early years will crack or break upon assembly. We will cover limited parts breakage on initial assembly when possible, but advise that Bionicle parts can not be covered for breakage due to design flaws inherent in some Bionicle parts. We will also not cover parts over 15 years old due to general plastic degredation and relative fragility of some vintage parts.
